Who are we? - GAIN

GAIN (The Global Artificial Intelligence Network) is Rewire's training academy. We upskill professionals and assist them in navigating the landscape of Data & AI. We empower professionals to navigate the complex realm of Data & AI with tailored training programs, facilitating seamless integration of Data & AI into business strategies

We assist these companies in building capabilities across people & organization, models & metrics, and data & technology. With a renowned training portfolio, we have successfully trained over 8000 individuals. Our portfolio ranges from fundamentals to advanced algorithms, targeted to audiences from data scientists to business leaders.

GAIN working students are enthusiastic about the Data & AI field and passionate about simplifying complex subjects into engaging and enjoyable training programmes. Their roles contain various tasks, including developing and upkeeping training materials, participating in trainings at clients, supporting GAIN marketing and business development, and supporting day-to-day operations. With its more overarching role, joining GAIN as a working student offers a valuable experience in navigating the world of Data & AI, but also the complex world of continuous learning and B2B training and upskilling services.

What is the position about?

• As a GAIN student employee, you will join a team of experienced professionals in the world of Data & AI, who have a heart for translating complex Data & AI and leadership concepts into state-of-the-art trainings.
• You will be contributing to developing and upskilling organizations, sustainably and responsibly in the field of Data & AI.
• Your work can be diverse, we would leverage your support in a combination of the following areas (depending on your goals and our needs):
• Casework design, generation, maintenance, upkeep and training support for cases and exercises.
• Training tailoring for client purposes.
• Training materials maintenance and update.
• Supporting day-to-day delivery of our trainings and program management.
• Supporting GAIN business topics, such as: marketing campaigns together with our marketing specialists, business development support to our leadership, sparring on structure/content/visuals and, supporting the generation of pitch documents and various marketing and business materials.
• Helping set up efficient processes in support of our ongoing scaling.
• Involvement in migration activities to our new Learning Management System.
• Sparring on, identifying and creating the most impactful tailoring and exercises in support of existing trainings improvement or new training setup.
• Involvement in the development of new training modules: conceptualization and hands-on creation.

Who are we looking for?

We are constantly looking for young analytical talent who recognize themselves in the following profile:

• Students (3rd year of their Bachelor/Master and above) with above-average results in a quantitative field, such as Econometrics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering with a passion for training and educating professionals. If you are passionate about training and education, and have a knack for numbers, we also encourage candidates with a different study background to apply (for example: Economics, Business or Psychology)! Courses or studies in education are a plus.

• A passion for the intersection between education and Data & AI. The drive to contribute to innovative training programs and contributing to upskilling organizations.

• Analytical, curious, and ambitious. Result-driven, pragmatic, and persuasive.

• Proficiency in the English language, and advanced communication skills.

• Focus on personal development and eager to learn.
