GAIN is Rewire’s Data & AI Academy. GAIN started in 2005 to build the necessary advanced skills of data science and machine learning for engineering specialists at leading companies. By now we have educated more than 8,000 people through a variety of modules covering topics such as Data, AI, leadership, communication, product management, etc.

We have established ourselves as one of the leaders in the field of corporate data & AI training, and we excel at providing hugely impactful cutting-edge learning content and education in these fields, but also in many more.

Job description

As a Program Manager you will help clients in building the right people skills to accelerate their data & AI transformation. You interview and process client needs to assemble and/or create suitable training programs and products and deliver these to business teams, data scientists and engineers. As such, you create a common data & AI language, promote a structured way-of-working and spark in-company AI co-operation. You do not only receive stimulating feedback from participants but enjoy to see the progress the client makes to reach AI maturity. 

You will lead in terms of innovation, didactic approach, consistency with client agenda’s, etc. For that purpose, we are looking for someone that is passionate about the field of Data Science and AI, but also someone who understands and values training, upskilling and continuous learning, and has the capabilities to grow and expand our business programs. 

To help us grow and internationalize our business programs, you will have a keen eye to craft both programs and delivery methods, continuously improve these programs and their delivery. Therefore, also having didactic knowledge is a strong factor influencing your success in this role. Furthermore, you care about how our programs fit within our client’s mission to perform better using advanced data and AI technologies. You have a background in working with data and have a perspective on how companies need to address their struggles to get more impact from this – in a responsible manner of course. You may have experience in trainings and speaking on this topic, for sure you are excited to explain complex topics – such as AI – in simple terms so they become relevant to a broader audience. But most importantly, you are passionate about making businesses succeed in their upskilling efforts.

Objectives of this Role

  • Manage client programs, often in collaboration with Rewire’s account teams
  • Position and build the brand of our programs (e.g. Translator programs) in the market, through a variety of personal efforts and broader marketing initiatives together with Rewire marketing and other GAIN colleagues
  • Lead the best practice selection of modules and GAIN efforts for higher quality through standardization of training design and delivery
  • Deliver part of the trainings yourself to set the bar on trainer delivery and remain in contact with the product
  • Part-take in our content development, maintenance and improvement efforts, lead the content tailoring efforts for the clients you will cooperate with.
  • Inspire, internally and externally.

Job requirements

Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in analytical/ STEM study, such as Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, etc, with excellent results.
  • Experience in the use of data & AI in a general business context and environment, moreover our ideal candidate will have had experience in the change challenge to get data products or algorithms adopted by general management
  • At least 3 years of experience in a corporate or strategy/change consultancy in a dynamic environment is a logical background for this role
  • You have proven experience in training or developing teams to successful progress
  • You have good communication skills and know to build teams who can transfer knowledge to any counterpart
  • You strive to build and deliver the best AI educational products in the world
  • You have good knowledge about data, analytics and Artificial Intelligence
  • You have a strong passion, affinity and experience in education and people development
  • Proactive attitude in taking external and internal initiative to guarantee success
  • Proficient in English
  • Preferably available for 40 hours per week, but not less than 32 hours/week
